Before and After care

Morning care opens at 7:00 A.M.  All students who report before 8:20 A.M. are considered morning care.  Only those students who have their teacher's request to be seen in the morning may go to the classroom for extra help. On Delayed Opening days, there is no Morning Care.

Aftercare is available from after school until 5:30 P.M.  Students not picked up by 3:10 P.M. will be placed in aftercare and will be charged the Aftercare fee.  Aftercare on early dismissal days will be available from 12:55 until 5:30 P.M. If you need to contact aftercare staff during the day directly, you may email aftercare@saintjohnschoolos.org and a staff member will get back to you as soon as they can. 

• One Child:  $10.00 per day
• Two Children:  $14.00 per day
• Three Children:  $17.00 per day

• One Child: $15.00 per day
• Two Children: $18.00 per day
• Three Children: $20.00 per day

1. Last day of school before Thanksgiving Vacation
2. Last day of school before Christmas Vacation
3. Last day of school before Good Friday
4. Last day of school before Summer Vacation

1. You will be billed each first and third Wednesday of the month
2. Late pick-up fee is $15.00
3. Full payment is due within 5 days paid directly to the office in an envelope marked for Before or Aftercare. Make checks payable to Saint John School Aftercare (for both Morning Care and Aftercare)
4. If an account is 10 days overdue, it may prevent your child from participating in the Morning and Aftercare Programs. For special concerns regarding this matter, please contact the principal
